JWeb Coordinator - Job Description is an online resource for a Jewish learning disabilities community in the UK. We are a charity and provide news, events listings and blogs for parents, carers and professionals working with people with special needs. 

We are looking for a co-ordinator for 1.5 days per week to oversee the website and its associated projects. This is a flexible working position reporting to the JWeb Manager, and we will consider working from home or from the office. Travel and reasonable expenses can be reimbursed. Salary according to experience. 

You will: 
•    Maintain and update our website including (but not limited to) a service directory, news, events listings, blogs and a noticeboard 
•    Develop new projects to support the inclusion of people with learning disabilities in their local communities 
•    Undertake research and disseminate your findings through the website 
•    Produce and implement marketing and PR campaigns 
•    Maintain an administration database (Mailchimp) 
•    Liaise with organisations and people listed on the site 
•    Service a Steering Group 
•    Build and maintain a presence on social media 
•    Respond to queries from website users 
•    Sending our e-newsletters 
•    Manage and recruit volunteers 

Qualifications and Experience: 
•    Experience of the learning disabilities sector 
•    Good research skills 
•    Good writing skills 
•    Great networking skills 
•    Great social media marketing skills 
•    Strong IT skills 
•    Self-motivated and able to work independently
